i2C were engaged to deliver the construction documentation and construction support for a new 7-Eleven Service Station and Head Office in Ascot, WA.

The development comprises of a 190sqm single storey 7-Eleven convenience store and associate fuel canopy and pumps attached to a 270sqm office building that houses 7-Elevens WA Head Office.

The collaboration between i2C and Bella Build and Design throughout the construction phase resulted in a successful outcome.  i2C worked closely with Project Managers, Proven and Bella Build and Design to ensure that the project delivered met the client’s expectation, budget and program.

 


Challenges

Proven Project management approached i2C knowing that it was a tight time frame and a motivated team was required to successfully collaborate with them and deliver the project on time and on budget.


Outcomes

The building materials are a combination of precast concrete, steel, Alucobond panels and compressed fibre cement sheeting. The two buildings sit adjacent one another, behind a 5.5m high fuel canopy which has 4 fuel pumps.

The successful delivery of this project is due to a collaborative approach taken from all project team members involved. Client 7-Eleven Inc, Proven Project Management, Bella Build & Design and i2C worked in conjunction to ensure the successful delivery of this project without compromise.
