Aveley Shopping Centre was designed to create a vibrant destination neighbourhood centre for the growth corridor to the east of the Perth CBD. With the site adjoining several housing developments, it was important to develop a design that was sympathetic to the residential surrounds.

The Shopping Centre provides a well-balanced centre servicing the community with a 3800sqm Woolworths, various specialty shops and a free standing medical centre.

Edgerton drive is fronted by active frontage from the café and landscaped outdoor seating area creating a destination space for the local residence.

Aveley is a vibrant convenience based shopping centre designed for every day needs, offering a modern and welcoming environment with a diverse range of retail stores and services complemented by warm quality finishes.
