Caltex Kenmore was a complete knock down rebuild project that provided further challenges for the team to meet the conditions of the existing site.
Challenges with soil conditions and acoustic considerations for the surrounding properties were overcome. Four meter high acoustic barriers were placed on the neighbouring properties to cut down sound pollution from the site to meet legal requirements.
