The main centre redevelopment has rationalised the internal design reducing ramping grades and creating a conventional layout helping the specialty retailers improve their positioning and in turn create a better yield outcome for the centre. Aldi has shifted from a standalone site into the main centre creating another anchor along with the existing Coles. A mix of new retailers join existing retailers who have relocated to refurbished stores. The Jolly Miller café is prominently located next to the outdoor entertainment eating precinct. A medical centre will be located at the other end of the centre close to the pharmacy with a variety of specialty stores rounding out the tenancy break up.

The outdoor undercover shipping container dining and entertainment precinct is a standout feature. The entry frame is wrapped in a timber-look aluminium batten system with sections of Colorbond custom orb cladding closing out sections while leaving other areas open to allow customers to see exciting hints of what’s happening inside. This detail elevates the activation while creating an intimate space for people to gather and enjoy themselves.

Roof sections are broken up with north-facing skylights with the main sections being Custom Orb Colorbond that wraps down the face of the built form blocking out sections of the walls facing the car park. This makes the most of natural sunlight during the day while creating an intimate and enjoyable space at night. Internals are finished with faux greenery complimented by living landscaped areas, mood lighting with heating elements and fans allowing the area to in use all year round, and at all times of the day and night. The northern façade and entry point into the mall from the outdoor area is complemented by a vibrant mural by David Hooke (Meggs).
