    Two residential towers of 28 and 20 stories provide 200 one, two and three bedroom apartments for private rental with communal facilities dispersed throughout the development including rooftop gardens and amenities.

    Standardisation in bathroom, ensuite and kitchen types together with open plan living and a common planning and structural grid across alternate apartment sizes ensure efficiency is maximised without compromising the overall architectural integrity of the scheme.
