Construction is complete for the mixed-use development on the corner of Palmerston Street and Rathdowne Street in Carlton.

The external cladding was installed with the combination of recycled timber, tiles, steel and painted finishes the building has stamped its own unique footprint into Carlton. The use of the recycled timber in particular is proving to be a great Architectural feature.

The Palmerston is a mixed use development in the heart of Carlton with six retail/café tenancies on the ground floor and thirteen boutique double storey apartments above. The use of natural and recycled finishes to the exterior of the building is not only innovative, but has created a welcoming and warm design.

After some issues with existing power lines the builders were able to fly through the internal works of both the tenancies on the ground floor and the apartments above.
