Rod has extensive retail sector experience working on medium to large size projects conception and delivery including master planning, architectural, interior, concept design and development; construction documentation, contract administration, team leadership and senior management.

With his natural curiosity and passionate approach to detail and design, Anthony brings a fresh and expert eye to each project and challenges the team to deliver the best possible results every time.
As an Interior Designer with several years of experience in the industry, Magdalena approaches each new project with creativity and passion. Her background working in the retail and commercial sectors has facilitated a variety of projects in their development from concept to completion.
Chris has extensive experience on multiple building classes including single dwelling residential to high rise hotels, commercial, education, industrial, health, aged care, public use and retail.
Will's background includes building design, tertiary lectureship, business owner, visualisation expert and Architectural BIM Leader at a global engineering, architecture and environmental consulting firm.
Claire is establishing i2C’s core sustainability principles, goals for sustainable practice and leads the team on collaborating on green principles, learning and project contribution.
Passionate about excellence, Maggie thinks outside the box. As Manager of the Sydney Studio Design Team, she oversees the documentation phase, ensuring continuity of projects from start to completion.
Anthony keenly understands stakeholder objectives, with over 15 years’ experience in commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors, working in Architectural and Construction firms.
Shaun has over 10 years’ experience across the retail, commercial and residential sectors. His experience spans projects of all sizes from minor residential extensions to large scale retail developments.
Scott's vast project experience spans from shopping centre & department store interiors to urban café designs, with the varied work scope covering concept design to multi-store rollout documentation and delivery.
Brett has extensive design and management experience in the commercial, retail and health sectors.
Wendy is a Designer with architectural experience in the retail and commercial sectors and previous construction experience in the multi- residential, education and commercial sectors.
Gary strives to achieve success with his involvement and dedication in assisting the team to produce quality outcomes. He's passionate about developing great buildings and architectural solutions.
With almost 10 years’ experience, Joe has worked within the retail, commercial and residential sectors both locally and internationally. He has experience in the delivery of projects of all sizes from small scale residential extensions to large scale community master planning.
Ruth brings creative solutions to strategic thinking, her architectural expertise includes the delivery of various projects sizes,
from high level strategic planning of public and private spaces to the ability to manage and deliver projects to completion.
With over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, Terry-Anne’s love for numbers ensures i2C’s Finance Department runs smoothly.
Stephen is responsible for all areas of HR, both strategic and tactically savvy. He effectively leads transformational HR initiatives whilst remaining firmly commercially aware.
